    Horrible the branch manager is inhuman I take fault for my actions but the manager is worth less I suggest staying clear. Their non caring, and in this economy there should be some understanding and compromising

    All I have had from here is the fried chicken and a cheeseburger. While those items were very tasty and the cost is pretty decent for what it is, this place is just not worth the stop. My first ever visit o stopped in on a day I guess they have these specials. Well I didn't pay attention to the window sign and I ordered an 8pc chicken. Everyone was just standing around and chicken was just put out and I was like excuse me, my order. The ladies tell me I have to wait for 15mins because the special didn't go on sale til 4pm. So I said just ring it up regular, I am not waiting 15 minutes for a free two liter drink when the chicken is up. So a couple of stops later, I make sure it's past the start time for the special and I stop in and there is no chicken although there was no customers. I went to the register and asked for the special and the two ladies at the register told me i had ro ordwr at the food court and the older lady that cooks didn't even acknowledge me but yelled to the cashiers it will be 15 minutes. These women are so attitudish. They are clearly over comfortable in their positions and have no respect for their customers the looks they give when approaching them are not customer friendly.
